UK Shipping

Our standard delivery lead times are currently 3 - 5 days (excluding Sunday and Bank Holidays) of receiving your order using Royal Mail.

If you require a quicker delivery, you can choose Express Delivery (1 to 2 days) at the checkout.

We only ship to the UK customers at the moment. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland are temporarily unavailable.

Goods are delivered Monday to Saturday during normal working hours by Royal Mail. The standard delivery charge is now £3.95 per order. This is based on our Standard Delivery Service. 

Express Delivery

Express Delivery is only available within the United Kingdom.

Our Express UK Delivery service charge is £6.95 per order.

Express orders placed by 

  • Midday Monday to Thursday will be delivered the next day

  • Midday Friday will be delivered by Saturday or Sunday

  • midday Saturday could be delivered by Sunday or the following Monday. 

Express orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day. 

There are certain postcode restrictions for delivery of items on a Sunday.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is only available within the United Kingdom.

Our standard delivery service charge is £3.95 per order.

Standard delivery does not take place on Sunday or Bank Holidays.

Standard orders placed by 

  • Midday Monday to Thursday will be delivered the next day

Standard orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day. 

During busy periods including Bank Holiday events or Black Friday, the Express Delivery option may not be available. This is to ensure all our customers receive their goods as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 

Please note:

During the holiday season, delivery may be delayed so please make your order well before Christmas day. If you place the order within 2 weeks before Christmas day, it is not guaranteed for delivery before Christmas.

Returns

Order Cancellation & Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. If you are buying as a gift for Christmas then we will be happy to accept any returns up to the 15th January of the following year.

You must notify Lovest Baby Store within 14 days of receipt by one of the following means: in writing to Consumer Services, by email to info@lovestbaby.com . You will need to provide proof of purchase. We will then advise you on how to return the goods, so that they reach us speedily and safely. We would ask that you take good care of the goods whilst in your possession that they are unused and unboxed in the original packaging. You will be refunded the original method of payment. 

Due to hygiene reasons, baby feeding / catering / food preparation related items cannot be returned once the package is opened (Seal broken). 

If you wish to return goods then you will be required to pay the return delivery charges, as we will only refund the original payment for the goods and the associated delivery charge. 

However, if there is a manufacturing fault with your item within 30 days of receiving your items , you are welcome to return the items back to us for a full refund.

If any goods are received in a faulty condition then please contact our Consumer Services team by email to info@lovestbaby.com to discuss return options.

Refunds will only be processed once we receive your items in their original conditions. Your refund will be processed as soon as possible and within 30 days of the order cancellation at the latest. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
