Please use the products only for intended use. Lovest Baby will not be responsible for any issues and concerns due to users’ mistreat/ misuse/ unhygienic storage of the baby products.
Products are intended for use in the UK only. When placing your order, you are agreeing that you shall not, directly or indirectly, sell, export or transfer our products outside of the United Kingdom. Orders calling for shipments to known freight forwarders will be cancelled.
Please note, we can not guarantee the accuracy of product images used the website. All product images are for illustrative purposes only. If you feel the product you have received does not match that of the photo or description used on the website, please contact our customer service team in the first instance.
If you have a complaint, please contact us at info@lovestbaby.com. We will do our best to resolve your query as speedily as possible, and will in any event contact you to acknowledge it within 5 working days.
We monitor our complaints procedures to ensure that they are fair and effective. But please let us know if you are not happy with the results.
